• 8H Day 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with occasional weekends
• 35 guaranteed hours per week
• Caseload is skilled nursing adults and geriatrics
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
• BLS certification required
