AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Shelbyville, Illinois, 62565!

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in an Rehab setting
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
