Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,816 to $2,016 per week in Dallas, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Pelvic floor physical therapy experience required
• Prenatal experience required

Assignment Details

• Patient volume: 8-10 patients per day
• Hours: 7 - 7 Monday through Thursday; 7 - 5 Friday
