Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia State Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience or comfort treating orthopedic patient populations preferred.
• New graduates are acceptable. Graduate and up may apply.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document timely and accurately, and provide patient and family education.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8 model with varied daily hours. Typical weekly pattern includes Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (with one hour lunch) and Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (30 minute lunch).
• Patient population: Orthopedics focus.
