Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in electronic medical records required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants preferred.
• Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic policies.
• Commitment to patient and employee safety and adherence to clinic policies, infection control, and safe patient handling procedures.
