Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,826 per week in Chandler, TX

Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Chandler, TX 75758

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Chandler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting with a daily census of 33 patients
• Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Epic charting system experience required
• First-time travelers welcome with 36 hours of orientation provided
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract
• Comprehensive skill set including orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, and post-operative care

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must reside outside of the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
