Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• NC license required
• Experience with Oasis Assessment required
• EMR- HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Productivity requirement: 30 points per week
• Coverage area includes Durham, Chapel Hill, and Alamance
