Job Description
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnoses, and rehabilitation goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and mobility training.
- Perform manual therapy techniques to improve movement and reduce pain.
- Assist patients with gait training, transfers, balance, and use of assistive devices.
- Treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, illnesses, or chronic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
