Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week assignment in Bradford, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
