Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience required; Outpatient experience required; Inpatient experience highly preferred License: Active American Heart Association BLS; All licenses/certifications must be current and in hand at time of submission Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Physical Therapy skills checklist - 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past year of employment - Permanent address must be included in submission - RTO must be listed in submission Description: Physical Therapist needed for hospital-based outpatient and inpatient acute swing. Position is 30 hours per week, consisting of 3 ten-hour days on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Candidates must have two years of current Physical Therapy experience. Outpatient experience is required, while inpatient experience is highly preferred. All licenses and certifications must be current and submitted along with the application.
