Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is required by the client. Preferred candidates will have 1+ years of SNF experience.
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is preferred. Candidates with NetHealth/Rehab Optima experience are encouraged to apply.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) may be required.

• Candidate must hold an active CA license prior to start.
• Client prefers clinicians with SNF experience and NetHealth (Rehab Optima) knowledge.
