Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Chandler, Texas
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). This is a 13-week travel assignment with a daily census of approximately 33 patients.
Highlights:- Outpatient rehabilitation setting working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
- Opportunity to work with diverse diagnoses including orthopedics, neurology, post-operative care, and sports medicine
- Epic charting system experience utilized
- First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience
- Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract
- 36-hour orientation provided to support successful onboarding
Requirements:- Active Texas Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Epic charting system experience required
- Outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
- Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
- Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
