The role involves assisting in the care and rehabilitation of adult patients. Candidates should have experience in acute care settings and be familiar with a variety of patient diagnoses. Key responsibilities include supporting patients in gaining mobility and independence following various surgical procedures and injuries. Experience with lower and upper extremity prosthetics, post-operative care, and spinal conditions is crucial. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for working within an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must adhere to strict dress code policies. Facial hair, acrylic nails, unnatural hair color, and tattoos must be covered. Additional visible body piercings are not permitted. This position may require knowledge of specific charting systems relevant to patient care. The candidate must be committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation services.
