Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Experience with mobility training, restorative nursing programs, and fall prevention protocols preferred.
• Ability to perform documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
