Facility Overview: Fox Lake is a larger clinic with 7 FTEs and a dynamic, fun team. They see a varied patient population ranging from lower-level function to athletics and workers' compensation. Position Needed: PT Key Experience and Skills Required: Prior outpatient orthopedic experience. Patient Ratios / Productivity: 48 50 patients per week. Evaluation Times: 60-minute evaluations. Types of Cases Seen: Outpatient orthopedics, post-operative patients, workers' compensation, and Medicare population. Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic patients, including post-operative, workers' compensation, and Medicare populations. Years of Experience Preferred: Not a new graduate. New Graduates Accepted: No. Preferred Start Date: 9/8/2026. Schedule Details: Open to discussion, but evening coverage is required at least 2 nights per week. Schedule Structure: 5x8s or 4x10s. Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 8:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM 6:30 PM. Documentation System: NextGen. Staff Support: 2 front office staff and aides.
