Facility Overview: Outpatient PT clinics in Bradford, PA. Some clinics have an attached fitness facility. This is a split between the Tunkhannock, PA clinic and the Wyalusing, PA clinic. Position Needed: PT Key Experience and Skills Required: PT, DPT, Pennsylvania license. Dry Needling certification is nice to have but not mandatory. Patient Ratios / Productivity: 50 55 visits per week; approximately 10 12 patients per day. Evaluation Times: 1-hour evaluations. Types of Cases Seen: Outpatient musculoskeletal, low back pain, post-operative, geriatric, vestibular, and deconditioned patients. Patient Population: All patient populations except children ages 0 6. Years of Experience Preferred: 1 year preferred. New Graduates Accepted: No Schedule Details: Coverage will be between 2 clinics with a consistent location and schedule. Schedule Structure: 5x8s. Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM. Documentation System: NextGen. Staff Support: CM, PT, PTA, aide, and PEC support. Floating Requirements: 2 clinics, consistent assignment. Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Yes.
