Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Float to other clinics as needed
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Willingness to travel for assignments
- Ability to manage a high productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- New grads not accepted
