Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. If license is pending, include current status.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience required. Experience treating neurologic (Neuro) patient populations preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record is preferred.
• Adherence to facility dress code; black scrubs typically required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM; general assignment hours indicate Days 07:45–17:30.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.
• Weekend Requirements: None.
• On-Call Requirements: None.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Float Requirements: None.
