Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,000 to $2,200 per week in Gilbert, AZ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• BLS required
• Experience in inpatient rehab
• Time management
• Point of care documentation
• Knowledge of GG scoring

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Float to another facility may be required
