Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility, strength, and functional impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
  • Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
