Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active PT License Required Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Acute care experience Description: Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment. This position includes 10-hour shifts with a rotating schedule that requires weekends. The facility is an inpatient acute care environment with a total of 175 beds. The unit has a staff of approximately 60 therapy providers, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs. The typical patient ratio is 8-10 per day. The facility uses EMR EPIC for record-keeping. Candidates must have acute care experience to be considered for this role. Independent personality is preferred for this position. Dress code requires light green scrubs. Weekend rotation is required, with expectations of 2-3 weekends per month. This role does not have on-call requirements.
