Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Chandler, TX 75758

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Chandler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting with a daily census of 33 patients
• Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Treat a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, and sports medicine conditions
• Epic charting system experience required
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Proficiency in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
• Must reside outside of specified local counties (Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris)
