Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,086 per week in Chandler, TX

Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Chandler, TX 75758

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: East Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday. Daily census of 33 patients. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

• 36 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
• Experience with outpatient clinic settings and common PT modalities including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and various treatment techniques
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
