Pay Rate: $2098.00 - $2162.00
Must Have Skills/Experience: 2+ years
EMR: EPIC
Active NH PT license or COMPACT
Active BLS certification
Scrub Color: NA - can wear any color scrubs if you would like. All OP PTs dress professional. Must wear closed-toe and closed-side shoes.
Any unacceptable attire: jeans, open toed shoes.
Type of Patients on Unit: Ortho, Neuro, general deconditioning, balance deficits, pai
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient PT experience, EPIC EMR experience.
Years of Experience: 2+ years with prior experience working in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred.
