Bay State Physical Therapy, 45 Dimock Street, Boston MA 02119 is located inside the Dimock Health Center. Seeking Spanish speaking skills (highly preferred) Duration - 13-weeks to 26-weeks Guarantee- 40 hours/week Productivity - 55-63 patients/week Schedule Flexible to 8 s or 10 s, but must be open to 2 evenings/week (until 7:00pm) Cancel Notice - 30 days EMR - Raintree Notes - Must have at least 3 months of OP exp or 1 year of PT exp in other settings. New Grads accepted? No All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a $180 lump sum upon proof of completion and at least 1 shift worked.
