Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute care preferred.
  • Documented experience with therapeutic exercise, ADL training, gait training, and use of common assistive devices in an SNF setting preferred.
  • Ability to complete documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
