• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- no weekends required
• Minimum 23 - 24 visits per week to qualify for 40hr guarantee
• Home health setting -- geriatric and wound care patients
• On-call discretionary -- not required
• Home health cases -- minimum 1 year home health experience required
• BLS required at time of submission
