Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required prior to start. Candidates from within a 50-mile radius of the facility will not be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience required. Experience in inpatient acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Two completed supervisory reference forms with dates of employment required.
• Submission of current, detailed work history and skills checklist (current to within one year) relevant to Physical Therapy required.
• Preferred: Experience with therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, manual techniques, and use of common physical modalities.

• Facility Type: Hospital (Inpatient Physical Therapy)
• Shift Name: Days
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (5x8). Willingness to work four 10-hour days is acceptable.
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
• Floating: May be required to float to other facilities within the health system.
