Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. This client requires prior SNF experience.
• Demonstrated competency with acute and subacute rehabilitation plans of care and documentation systems commonly used in long-term care.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfers, gait training, and use of mobility aids preferred.
