Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Physical Therapist license in California required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedics or outpatient clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions, document in an electronic medical record, and prepare evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Experience supervising PT Assistants and aides preferred.
• Ability to perform patient mobility, strength, and functional assessments and to design individualized rehabilitation programs.

• Typical Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with possibility of 4x10 schedule.
