Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Alabama physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
• At least 2-3 years of clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred, including ability to perform home visits and evaluate home environments.
• Experience supervising and collaborating with PTAs and home health aides preferred.
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and basic computer skills (email, web navigation, electronic medical records).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required agency liability insurance for home visits.
