Required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
Preferred: Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in PT
Licensed by the PT Board of the State of California; American Heart Association BLS
Preferred: Physical therapy or healthcare experience
