Pay Rate: $2202.00 - $2269.00
Travel PT Home Health jobs in Ventura, CA are available for 13-week assignments with full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts. You must have a current California PT license and at least 1 year of home health experience.
Your responsibilities include providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting visits using WellSky EMR, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. You will visit 5 to 6 patients per day, 25 to 30 per week, and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate
