Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, neurological, balance/dizziness, or general outpatient rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care and float between clinic locations as required by the client.
• Experience with wheelchair seating and adaptive equipment preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient Rehabilitation).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days (0800-1630), no weekends.
