Travel PT Home Health jobs in Cleveland, OH are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with 5 to 6 visits per day and no on-call required.
You must have an OH license and Home Health experience. Experience with Homecare Home Base documentation is required. Responsibilities include providing physical therapy in patients’ homes, completing thorough assessments, and documenting care accurately.
