Location: Chesapeake, Virginia

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist and competency exam (80% passing score required)
• Comprehensive compliance documentation including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), TB testing, drug screen, and background checks
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Pre-employment physical completed within the past 12 months
• Virginia State Police background check completed within 30 days of start
