Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Washington, PA 15301

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Washington, Pennsylvania

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• No new graduates; prior clinical experience required
• Current skills checklist completed within one year for Physical Therapy specialty
• Pennsylvania state clearances including PA Patch and PA Department of Aging Fingerprints
• Compliance with all health screenings including TB testing, immunizations, and drug screening
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
