Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting
• Patient population includes ages 0–99
• Case types include neuro, ortho, sports, pediatrics, OT, geriatrics, and TMD/TMJ
• Productivity expectations include 16 scheduled visits per day and 12 treated visits per day
• Includes 10 evaluation slots per week
• Cancellation and no-show rate is 25–30%
