Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,220 to $2,420 per week in Lufkin, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience
• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas
• CPR

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes a 60-mile radius around Lufkin
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
