Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,220 to $2,420 per week in Ontario, OH

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist license
• Doctoral degree required
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend Requirement: No
• On Call Requirement: No
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Coverage area: office service area
• Dress code: Gray or Black
