This Outpatient Physical Therapist position is based in Marble Falls, Texas, a charming Hill Country community known for its beautiful lakefront setting and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and progressing patients through their rehabilitation using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training. Patient education, home exercise instruction, and clear communication with patients and families are important parts of the role. A typical day may include a steady schedule of one-on-one or closely supervised patient visits, documentation of care in an electronic medical record, coordination with referring physicians, and participation in team discussions regarding patient progress and care planning. Depending on clinic volume and staffing, you may see a moderate daily caseload typical of outpatient orthopedics, with reasonable scheduling designed to balance productivity and quality of care. Support staff such as physical therapist assistants, techs, or front office personnel may be available to help with treatment implementation and administrative tasks. Shifts generally follow standard clinic hours on weekdays, with possible early morning or early evening appointments to accommodate patient schedules. Weekend work, if any, is minimal and based on clinic needs.
