Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,223 per week in Atascadero, CA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Must hold a license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice Certifications: Maintain and update PT skills and certifications as necessary Must-Have: Hold a license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Evaluate and treat patients for rehabilitation programs. Utilize Electronic Medical Records to complete evaluations and reports. Guide and monitor patient care during treatment and follow-up. Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in patient care. Communicate with physicians to ensure quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient chart documentation. Ensure patient comfort and address questions as needed. Collaborate with front office staff on scheduling and patient follow-up. Make independent decisions regarding patient care. Participate in business marketing and referral processes when necessary. Follow HIPAA policy and procedures. Be familiar with billing policies related to different payment types. Be proficient in diagnosis and coding for billing purposes. Be physically mobile for extended periods. Lift and assist patients as necessary. Description: Great opportunity for a Physical Therapist.
