Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Therapy Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: PT license in Florida Certifications: BLS Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 467 with a new 26 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. Number of Staff: Approximately 40. Type of Staff: Physical Therapists. Day Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:30. Night Shift: Not Applicable. Patient Ratios: 1:1. Type of Equipment: Treadmill, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, BITS documentation system. Call Requirements: Rotating weekends. Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Long treatment sessions and attending team conferences. Additional Preferences: Inpatient rehabilitation facility or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Dress Code: Light gray scrubs. General Comments: Position is created to fill a vacancy.
