Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,247 per week in San Ramon, CA

The assigned territory includes various areas in the region. Additional travel outside the area may be required. Weekend coverage may also be necessary. Productivity expectations are set at a minimum of 27 points per week. The physical therapist will be responsible for completing required points in the week. Travelers must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients. All visits will be compensated on a per-visit basis. Visit types will determine how hours are calculated. The physical therapist must ensure all requested time off is disclosed prior to submission. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the vendor set. All required credentials must be maintained throughout the employment period. The position may involve various clinical responsibilities including evaluations and discharge planning.
