Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 5x8 (May be open to 4x10s) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current Physical Therapist License Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certification Must-Have: Previous Physical Therapist experience Description: This role involves providing physical therapy to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The primary responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions for various orthopedic and neurological conditions. Therapists will manage and document patient care in an electronic health record system. Expectations involve seeing approximately 11 visits per day. Candidates should have experience with case management and building a caseload. Knowledge of durable medical equipment authorization and fall risk assessments is preferred. Common conditions treated include Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, and general joint dysfunctions. Therapists will work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on patient outcomes. This position does not require holiday coverage. Bilingual candidates are not required for this role.
