Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

This position will be expected to cover all of Lancaster County.
Travel Physical Therapist jobs in a home health setting let you deliver one-on-one rehabilitation care to patients in their own homes. You will assess mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises to help patients regain independence. Responsibilities include performing in-home evaluations, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation.
