Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional outcomes in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $57.00 - $66.50 per hour
