Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2295.00 - $2365.00

Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Lacey, WA are available for 13-week contracts starting ASAP, with 8-hour day shifts and 40 hours per week expected. You must have an active Washington license, skilled nursing facility experience, and be comfortable working with Ultra Mist Technology. The caseload is 10 to 12 patients per day, and Nethealth is used for EMR documentation. As a physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility, you will examine patients, diagnose movement dysfunction, and develop treatment plans to improve physical function and quality of life. You will provide interventions, conduct re-examinations, and implement discharge plans to meet patient goals 1.
