Outpatient appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes. Most patients are orthopedic cases, but there is a variety due to the small-town setting. Acute care experience in orthopedics, medical, and neuro is preferred. The role involves working on both the outpatient orthopedic side and the acute medical floor. Physical therapists will be treating an average of 40-50% outpatient cases. Business casual attire is required for this position. Team composition includes ten physical therapists, five occupational therapists, and two speech-language pathologists. The position has no weekend or holiday requirements.
