Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 89-day assignment through November 7, 2026

Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Completion of specialty-specific competency exam with 80% or higher score
- Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training completed within one year
- Florida ACHA fingerprint background check required prior to start date
- Current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza (October 15 – March 31)
- Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and comprehensive background checks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to high-quality patient care
